Observatory pier #2.

Professionally fabricated 11" diameter steel tube x 35.8" tall and 7mm wall thickness.
Base plate 25mm with 16mm dia bolt holes.
The pier top is finished off with a removable, fully machined 280mm dia, 20mm thick aluminium plate recessed in to the top of the pier.
The top plate is drilled & tapped to suit AP1200 mount. An azimuth adjuster block is also fitted.
(The top plate could be easily modified to suit another type of mount if necessary, please specify.)
