M57 Ring Nebula

Image taken with 10" f6.3 Newtonian and a barlow in the optical train yielding x 2.4 increase in focal length.
Working FL=3800mm / 0.5 arc sec per pixel.
Conditions were reasonable, good transparency but a little breezy. Raw FWHM = 2.4 arc sec.
Sharpened using CCDSharp, assembled in PS with curves / levels and final unsharpmask.
ST7ME L=2x15min RGB= 1x10min.

Image taken 12/7/03 LRGB 15:15:15:20 all bin x1 and 5 minute exposures.
Vixen 4" @ f9 ST7 ME

15 minutes Luminance. 8min R. 8min G. 10min B.
